We stand behind every bottle of wine that we make. If you are dissatisfied in any way we will gladly refund your money on the wine.
Simply call 707-681-1585 and we will arrange to have the unfinished portion of the original bottle returned (at NO COST to you) and extend a full refund for your purchase. Please do your best to keep all packaging materials.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
Standard Ground Shipping
The standard shipping option for all orders is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 3 - 6 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping, via UPS 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, is available for an additional shipping charge. During the check out process the exact shipping charge for all deliveries within the Continental U.S. will be posted.Order Tracking
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. In order to remain compliant with federal laws that govern the shipment of wine, please ensure that there is an adult age 21 or over available to sign for the delivery at the shipping address you specify. A valid ID may be required upon delivery. We strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
When will I receive my wine?
Typically, your order ships within 2 business days. If your order isn't received in 7 business days, you should email us. In the summer and winter months, we only ship orders east of the Rocky Mountains via Ground Temperature Control truck which leave our fulfillment house on each Friday, and can take up to 2 weeks to reach their destination. Due to restrictive state alcohol laws, the following states will ship on Friday's temperature control truck and can take up to two weeks to reach their destination: AL, AR, MS, OK, PA, RI, SD. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Utah.
We take great care to ensure that your wine arrives undamaged. However, accidents do occur. If you believe your shipment is damaged, please contact xteam@xwinery.com immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution.
The sales tax quoted at checkout is based on the shipping address you provide. The amount includes both state and local taxes, when applicable.
