We stand behind every bottle of wine that we make. If you are dissatisfied in any way we will gladly refund your money on the wine.
Simply call 707-287-9076 and we will arrange to have the unfinished portion of the original bottle returned (at NO COST to you) and extend a full refund for your purchase. Please do your best to keep all packaging materials.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.

Our wines are limited production, thus are only found in select wine shops and restaurants throughout the country. We want to make it easy for you to get our unique products anytime. With X Winery you get flat-rate shipping:

Wine orders will typically ship via UPS Ground within 2 business days and total shipping time varies by state. We ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Washington D.C.
In order to remain compliant with federal laws that govern the shipment of wine, please ensure that there is an adult age 21 or over available to sign for the delivery at the shipping address you specify. A valid ID may be required upon delivery.
When will I receive my wine?
Typically, your order ships within 2 business days. If your order isn't received in 7 business days (10days for the east coast using ground), you should email us. In the summer and winter months, we only ship Monday through Wednesday to protect the wine.
Shipping Damage
We take great care to ensure that your wine arrives undamaged. However, accidents do occur. If you believe your shipment is damaged, please contact xteam@xwinery.com immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution.
Sales Tax
The sales tax quoted at checkout is based on the shipping address you provide. The amount includes both state and local taxes, when applicable.
